Ontario’s Workplace Safety and Insurance Bureau had a perception problem: people saw them as the scolds and nitpickers who monitored everyone’s safety compliance but no one understood the many ways they worked to help people return to the workplace after an incident. Being able to cast the annoying things we all put up with as the things you actually appreciate once you don’t have them was a great jumping off point.
